房宜伟先生，马来西亚人，自2013年6月起担任本公司首席财务官。他主要负责公司的财务规划和战略。 他自2001年起担任特许公认会计师公会成员和MIA注册会员，自2003年起担任马来西亚财务规划协会认证财务规划师，自2005年起担任KICPAA成员。
他在会计和金融领域有二十五年的经验。 1999年，他加入了Sunway City Bhd，担任马来西亚和柬埔寨酒店的财务总监，后来晋升为马来西亚上市公司Sunway City Bhd的高级财务经理。 随后，他于2007年加入洲际酒店集团业务支持与财务总监。此后，他于2009年加入Attwood投资集团有限公司担任集团首席财务官，然后于2013年加入本公司。
赵敏茜小姐，中国人，自2013年9月起担任本公司高级销售和市场/客户服务经理。她的主要职责包括负责公司公共关系，包括企业社会责任和营销活动。
她于2008年在中国西安外国语大学获得日本文学学士学位。她在营销和公共关系领域有超过六年的经验。她于2008年在日本武田花边有限公司任职，随后加入了F.T. 服装有限公司，并于2013年加入本公司。
日本人长冈将先生，生于1973年10月10 日，自2015年11月起担任本公司的高级经理。目前，他负责所有现有和潜在的日本投资者，以保证我们最高水准的客户服务。

WONG Pang Nam先生，马来西亚人，1954 年 5 月 1 日出生，2020 年 2 月起担任本公司副首席财务官。
他于 1974 年在英格兰米德尔斯堡的提赛德理工学院获得会计基础课程，是英国特许管理会计师协会 (CIMA, UK) 的准会员 (ACMA)、内部审计师协会的特许会员 (CMIIA) 马来西亚，还持有柬埔寨税务文凭。 作为专业的特许管理会计师，他在专业和行业拥有超过30年的工作经验。 他曾在马来西亚种植园、制造业、快速消费品以及房地产开发领域的领先上市公司担任首席财务官。
加入金边经济特区之前，他曾在柬埔寨的电力传输和房地产开发部门工作多年。作为副首席财务官，他的职责包括识别和应对金融风险和机遇，参与长期业务和金融 除其他外，他还为战略性地提高公司的财务业绩和商业机会提供建议。 凭借他在各个业务领域担任合格管理会计师的经验，他作为特许管理会计师的专业知识将在我们的日常业务运营过程中增值。
SUN Samoeun先生，柬埔寨人，自2015年1月起担任本公司高级人力资源经理。他主要负责公司的人力资源事务。他于2005年获得柬埔寨Norton大学英语学士学位（英文外交和英语交际专业），并于2007年获得美国康科迪亚大学的教育硕士学位。
他在人力资源领域的各个方面有十多年的经验。他的职业生涯开始于2004年在Norton大学担任英语和商业交际讲师。2006年赴美国学习，在获得硕士学位后，他回到柬埔寨，并于2008年加入柬埔寨雇主和商业协会联合会作为培训协调员/培训师。然后他于2009年加入Nautisco海鲜制造有限公司作为人力资源经理。随后他于2012年加入First Cambodia担任人力资源部主管。于2013年加入Lucky Private公司，担任人力资源部主管。于2015年加入本公司。
LEANG Dara先生，柬埔寨人，是我们公司内部审计部主管。 他于2015年6月15日加入本公司。
他于2008年获得皇家法律和经济大学会计学士学位，并于2009年获得金边皇家大学的英语文学士学位。他在会计和金融领域有超过六年的经验 。 他于2008年开始担任Anco Brother有限公司会计师。此后，他于2009年加入安永会计师事务所（柬埔寨）有限公司担任高级审计师。然后，他于2014年加入了CIMB银行的商业分析师 PLC。他于2015年加入本公司。
Mr. HAK Serey, a Cambodian national, joined Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. in October 2012 and currently serves as Senior Manager overseeing the Customer Service, Marketing and Public Relations Department.
He graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2006 with a Bachelor of Education in English (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). During the same period, he also completed a non-degree Japanese Language Course conducted by JOCV under JICA at the same university. In 2012, he earned a Master of Arts in Japanese Linguistics from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Japan.
Before joining RGPPSEZ, Mr. Serey worked as a lecturer at the Department of Japanese, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, from September 2006 to March 2009, and again from April to September 2012.
Since joining the company, he has been dedicated to supporting investors—particularly those from Japan—throughout every stage of their business journey, from start-up to full operation, while also leading initiatives in customer service, marketing, and public relations.
Mr. LY Sayvichet, a Cambodian, is the Project Manager and Head of the Technical Department of the Company since April 2023. He is mainly responsible for overseeing construction projects, infrastructure development, and technical management within the SEZ.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia in 2012.
He has more than sixteen (16) years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure management. He began his career in 2008 as a Site Engineer at Venture (Cambodia) Pte., Ltd. and subsequently held key roles with Muhibbah Masteron Cambodia J.V., INTechCom Services, CAMCAL Co., Ltd., CCES Engineering Services, and Pan Asia Majestic Eagle in Myanmar. In 2016, he joined Royal Group Poipet SEZ Co., Ltd. as Civil Work Construction Manager, before assuming his current role with Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc in 2023.
Ms. CHHUN Rina, a Cambodian, is a Legal Manager. She is in charge of all legal matters and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including legal risks management, supporting on strategic business decisions and handling disputes.
She has 10 years of legal experiences working for leading law firms and multinational companies. Her career has equipped her with a broad range of expertise in properties, corporate, commercial, and compliance matters, as well as practical experience in supporting international business operations.
She holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. She also had 1 year exchange program in a graduate school, SIT, in the US, where she also did an intern in the court.
