On 25 June 2025, the 2nd Quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), with 33 participants from various factories within the zone.

The meeting addressed several key topics, including a free recruitment service introduced by Mr. CHHOM Sokhoeurn from the National Employment Agency (NEA). Additionally, Ms. POL Polin from CamLife Insurance presented a new life insurance product, while Ms. Saroeurn Leakhena from CAPRED shared information about their Day Care Service. The agenda also included a reminder about self-declaration in the SICMS system and an update on labor laws and regulations, delivered by H.E. Pol Chandara from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT).

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable platform for participants to stay informed about current labor-related issues. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing among factory representatives, contributing to stronger HR and administrative practices within the zone.
