Following the disclosure announcement made to the CSX, PPSP would like to elaborate further to the potential public investors who may want to participate in this Bonus Issue.
As the name imply, the Bonus Issue is to reward the shareholders of PPSP with additional free shares in the ratio 1:1, i.e. for every one share held, the shareholder will be allotted with 1 additional free share.
In order for the Bonus Issue to be allotted to a shareholder, the shareholder’s name must be on the shareholders’ list on 28 July 2026 as announced.
For potential investors who wish to participate in the Bonus Issue, they must buy the shares during the “cum bonus” period from 20 July 2026 to 24 July 2026.
The existing shares will be traded “ex bonus” on 27 July 2026 and the share price will be adjusted to the theoretical ex bonus price (TEBP) based on the previous market day’s closing share price divided by 2 to account for the Bonus shares.
Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on 27 July 2026 are STILL entitled to get this shares.
Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on 27 July 2026 are NOT entitled to get this shares.
The actual share price traded “ex bonus” will depend on the market sentiment on the day and there is no certainty that the share price will go up.
The additional Bonus issue shares will be allotted to entitled shareholders on 3 August 2026 and the listing of these shares will be on 4 August 2026 which can then be traded from that date.
The Bonus shares will upon allotment and issuance rank pari passu in all respect with the existing shares.
