On 7 October 2025, the 3rd Quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), with 34 participants from various factories within the zone.

The meeting covered several key topics, including a presentation on free recruitment services by Mr. Phuong Sam At from the National Employment Agency (NEA). Additionally, Mr. Hem Chamnan from RGPPSEZ shared updates on the Eco-Industrial Park and ongoing activities. The agenda also included reminders about the quota and work permit process for foreign workers in the FWCMS system, as well as updates on labor laws and regulations delivered by H.E. Pol Chandara from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable platform for participants to stay informed about current labor-related issues. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing among factory representatives, contributing to stronger HR and administrative practices within the zone.
