WCFO is a manufacturer of fiber optic devices operating within our zone, producing and exporting high-quality optical fiber connectivity products to major markets including Japan and the United States. The company is part of the WCFO Group, an international corporation founded in 1997 and headquartered in Hong Kong, with sales offices in the United States and Japan. Through decades of expertise and a strong international presence, WCFO has become a trusted name in the global optical fiber connectivity industry.

WCFO first chose Cambodia and RGPPSEZ as their overseas production base in 2020, recognizing Cambodia's strong potential, including its young and trainable workforce, competitive operating environment, and preferential trade treatment from major developed markets. Together with changes in global supply chains, these advantages made Cambodia an ideal destination for their expansion.

WCFO began their journey in Cambodia at RGPPSEZ with a rental factory as their first production base. What started as an initial step into a new market gradually grew into a story of confidence, growth, and long-term commitment. Over the years, as their operations expanded, WCFO strengthened their presence within our zone and became a valued member of our industrial community. Their investment has contributed not only to Cambodia's export growth but also to creating employment opportunities for Cambodian workers.

Today, the groundbreaking of their own purpose-built facility marks another important milestone in their Cambodia journey. More than an expansion, it reflects WCFO's confidence in Cambodia as a long-term manufacturing destination and in RGPPSEZ as their trusted partner.

As the zone developer, it is always a great source of pride and joy for us to witness our investors grow together with us. Seeing a company begin with a rental factory, steadily expand, and now take the important step of building their own facility is truly meaningful and inspiring. It reflects the strong partnerships we have built and the shared success we continue to pursue together.
