On 27 March 2026, the 1st Quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ). The meeting was attended by 47 participants representing various factories within the zone.

The meeting covered several key topics. These included a presentation on the Introduction to Products of EZECOM by Mr. Saroeun Panharith from EZECOM. In addition, Mr. Hem Chamnan from Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc shared updates regarding the environment, health and safety in zone and Skill Development Fund. The agenda also featured reminders on the work permit process for foreign workers 2026 through the FWCMS system, as well as a session on special inspection by MOL Officials, delivered by H.E. Pol Chandara from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable platform for participants to stay informed about current labor-related issues. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing among factory representatives, contributing to stronger HR and administrative practices within the zone. The meeting was a resounding success, and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future.
